Refund policy

You may return any damaged or defective items by mail, customer pays shipping.  Please contact customer service by clicking on the CONTACT link at the bottom of any page on this site. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit; NO REFUND! No returns will be accepted after 7 days and or unless damaged or defective, due to the nature of our product. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days , but delays may happen depending on season and stock availability. Five O’ Clock Co. is not responsible for any additional fees associated to shipping, such as regional customs fees, international fees, or any fee based on country of entry.
